All the Best Ingredients

  • Garlic – lots, chopped
  • Ginger – a piece at least as big as your thumb, chopped
  • Chilli – as much as you like, chopped
  • Soy Sauce – quite a bit
  • Balsamic Vinegar – less than the Soy Sauce
  • Some Red Wine

Mix this lot together.

Brown some meat – chicken thighs, for example.

Pour the mixture over the meat and simmer for a long time. Don't let it dry out!

Serve with rice.
