- Garlic – lots, chopped
- Ginger – a piece at least as big as your thumb, chopped
- Chilli – as much as you like, chopped
- Soy Sauce – quite a bit
- Balsamic Vinegar – less than the Soy Sauce
- Some Red Wine
Mix this lot together.
Brown some meat – chicken thighs, for example.
Pour the mixture over the meat and simmer for a long time. Don't let it dry out!
Serve with rice.
